سياسة الخصوصية السيادية (متوافقة مع PDPL)
1. PDPL Data Sovereignty
OPUS Studio operates under strict adherence to the Saudi Data Protection Law (PDPL). All patient data processed through our sovereign architecture is localized within GCP Dammam (me-central2). We enforce Zero-Persistence protocols, ensuring that sensitive medical information is never cached or stored beyond the immediate processing required for HL7/FHIR transmission.
2. Cryptographic Standards
Every data packet entering the OPUS Sovereign Gateway is encrypted using 256-bit AES standards. Our architecture ensures that data transfers between legacy EHR systems and modern cloud-native interfaces remain impenetrable to external threat vectors.
3. Zero-Trust Access
Access to our infrastructure is governed by a strictly audited Zero-Trust validation node. We do not share, sell, or monetize any data processed through our systems. Our mission is architectural protection, not data ownership.
